Being Authentic
is an important part of my life.
Be you, embrace who you are! I want to showcase ALL of you! There is one thing that I am certain of . . . “You are fearfully and wonderfully made”! I want your portraits to show the beautiful, sassy, strong, vulnerable, lively, sensitive, professional, nurturing, confident, self-loving YOU!
Caring for Others
is an important part of my life.
I am my sisters (and brothers) keeper. I am the oldest of four and eldest maternal grandchild; caring for others is engrained in me. As a child, I often hated the hard lessons that came with this role; but now I cherish and embrace the opportunities to let others know that their lives matter and their stories are important. I am a proud nurturer, guardian, and advocate.
Creative Expression
is an important part of my life.
Photography and music are my vehicles of creative expression. At the age of 7, I picked up my first camera (a Kodak with the flash cubes!) and then my first musical instrument (clarinet) at the age of 8, later moving to saxophone, piano, drums, and acoustic guitar. I also love exploring different types of music and artists; so, during the photoshoot, I’ll ask you to share or introduce me to your favorite artist(s). This is when the fun (dancing, singing) begins!
